Appalachian State University is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of northwestern North Carolina at an altitude of 3,333 feet (1,016 m), one of the highest elevations among universities in the United States east of the Mississippi River. The university’s main campus is located in downtown Boone, a town of 19,205, while Arizona State University has an enrollment of 19,108. The campus covers 1,300 acres (5.3 km2), including a 410-acre (1.7 km2) main campus with 20 residence halls, 3 major dining facilities, 30 academic buildings, and 11 recreation/athletic facilities.
The center of campus is nicknamed the Sanford Mall, an open lawn between the four student unions, dining halls and the library. Sanford Hall, located on the edge of the mall, was named after former Governor Terry Sanford. Rivers Street serves as a thoroughfare for town and university traffic and essentially divides the campus into east and west halves, with tunnels and a pedestrian bridge connecting the two halves. The eastern half includes Sanford Mall, Plemmons Student Union, Roess Dining Hall (formerly Central Dining Hall) and Belk Library, as well as two student residence hall communities. The west side houses Trivette Restaurant, the Student Recreation Center (or SRC), Quinn Recreation Center, Kidd Brewer Stadium, and the two remaining student housing communities, Stadium Heights and Yosef Hollow. At the north end, Bodenheimer Drive crosses Rivers Street and leads to Appalachian Heights (apartment-style residence halls), Mountaineer Hall, the Chancellery, Living Learning Center, and Jim and Betty Smith Stadium . The George Holmes Conference Center at the south end of Rivers Street is the entrance to campus. Where can I buy a fake ASU diploma online?
